“You have a goal, and I’ll hold you accountable for the work you need to do”
Sometimes the hardest part is not to make a goal, or even to get started. Instead, sticking with
it when initial motivation and excitement wear off is the real struggle, and what makes people
give up after a certain number of days/weeks/months.
Having someone to hold you accountable and remind you of why you started in the first place,
can be instrumental to keep pushing forward.
Whether your goal is health-, work- or life related, I can provide this service for you.
Each month includes 3 check-ins (10 min each) and 1 longer conversation (30 min) where we’ll
reflect on what works, what doesn’t work and why. This gives you the chance to adjust and
improve your work and methods, driving you towards your goal. Depending on your goal(s) and
needs, customization is available.
We will reflect on your interests and values, what you want and need in your life, and create a realistic plan for you to reach your health and wellness goals.

Chronic illness/symptom management
have lived with your illness for years,
have just been diagnosed, or
are dealing with symptoms that have yet to be diagnosed
the illness and symptoms are sometimes taking over your life.
It can be overwhelming, depressing, scary or just exhausting.
Your physician may not have enough time to talk/explain, information is overwhelming,
confusing and contradictory, and you may not want to burden friends or family. You may be too
busy to see how you can be healthy and feel well while having an illness.
Following are examples of some of what I can help with:
finding information from reliable sources and make sense of it ( with my physician background, I’m used to reading and evaluating research)
general information about the illness and medications (from a medical standpoint)
Being sick sucks, and sometimes you just need to vent to someone who won’t get emotional
(Simple, I know, but experience has taught me that it makes people feel better)
3) Switch focus from illness to health
I can’t make your illness disappear, but you can still be healthy. We’ll find the best ways for you
to achieve that.
4) Focus on life quality
Physical health is a big part of life quality, but there are many other factors that can be
forgotten when being ill. What are your values? What makes you happy? What energizes you?
We will find ways to include more of those things in your life.
5) Practical illness management
accompany to medical appointments
finding helpful equipments
organizing life so your illness takes as little space as possible
